I know I just posted and you guys are probably thinking "at least let us catch our collective breaths for a moment," but I couldn't help myself. I had a productive day and while still on that jittery, lovely creation-high, I decided I would draw some J&W smut. Of course, the results were far less sexy than I was aiming for, but I thought I'd share anyway.
So yes, let the silliness continue. XD
Title: Bertie Kills the Mood Rating: R/NWS Notes: The best part of waking up is Jeeves's tongue in your ear. Actually, no. No, it's not. Disclaimer: These characters are not my creation and this work is for fun, not profit.

Good: Batman: The Dark Knight
Better: Batman: The Dark Knight on an IMAX
Best: Batman: The Dark Knight on an IMAX, IN THE SECOND ROW!!!!!
Every explosion, every shot, every slap. We could see the Joker's PORES! INSIDE HIS PORES! Such a great movie overall, but that experience was amazing.

To anyone who has been fortunate enough to meet Hugh Laurie I have to ask: Are his eyes really as startingly blue as they look on TV and in pictures (my icon being an example)?
I only ask because I think his eyes are quite gorgeous and some of the bluest I've seen outside my little nephew's and Cal Ripken Jr.
Thanks!

Where I End and You Begin. (The Sky is Falling in.) - Radiohead |
] |
My completely eventless life. Let me show you it. I have not done anything since Sunday afternoon. I stayed at Balaton up until Tuesday, staying in bed all day and night save for the occasions when I went downstairs or out for food. Lots of lightnings and insane showers. Then I casually boarded a train, not knowing what connections I'd have, but still got home quite smoothly. By then my sister was also home. She owned the language exam and is going to take the job in Ramsgate, only it turned out she needs one more piece of red-taped paper so they came back. She bought me an LP at a charity shop, namely The Unforgettable Fire, and it is SO beautiful. I want to own everything on vinyl. My parents screamed all through Wednesday night about things not even worth mentioning etc. I get a fair amount of crap, but by God my sister's got it much worse. She's easily the most hardworking, most decent person in this family, which, of course, makes her the black sheep. It was all oh why didn't you tell us about this and about that, why don't you trust us?! They've never taken any interest in her life whatsoever, they never once visited her when she was away studying at the other end of the country, now it's as if she was deceiving them by going abroad to get a proper salary so she can maybe one day buy a house of her own back home. And, of course, this way my mother has nothing to gossip about with her fat, ugly, crumpling, jealous, post-menopausal, mean 'friends' who have no life of their own. Who wouldn't want to get away?
I'm going to drive a lot next week again. Lulz, both the isntructor and I would finally like to get it over with. Serioiusly, this bloody licence is just about the most difficult thing I've ever come up against in terms of officially organised tests and such. I even passed fucking Economics and I'm still stuck with this. It would definitely have been better to have done it back when I wasn't spending most of my time away from home. But what a relief it will be when it's over, I can hardly imagine not having this little corner at the back of my brain filled with the uneasiness and angst of it still not being bloody OVER. ( Some pictures from last Friday, stolen from all around the webz )
Oh yeah, and I hate the new last.fm design.

With countless reviews floating around that are much more in-depth than anything my impatient little brain could stand to write (a la the one written by my ladylove omgimnaked), I'll only say a few non-spoilerish things about the midnight showing, the most important of which being:
That The Dark Knight is absolutely, unbelievably amazing. No comic book movie has ever or could ever top this. Seriously, every scene was brilliant and riveting. If you haven't seen it, drop your laptop, baby, hypodermic needle, etc. and haul ass to the theater!
Also, barring some unforeseen epically awesome cinematic masterpiece the likes of which have never been seen in the history of movie making, TDK is gonna clean some mother fuckin' house at the Oscars. And, of course, Heath *will* win best-supporting actor. The man gave the performance of a lifetime. <333
Finally, this one sticks with you. You'll go to sleep and have sweet dreams of the Joker and you'll contemplate the inner-workings of the mind of such a fascinating character. Or, ya know, I did at least. *g*

I've been listening to one song like mad lately. I think I might of done a picture that represents it. Or so I tried. I've been drawing more of my original characters lately , as I'm really tired of fanart and attempting to butcher Snakes costume for the 40th time. I know I said I was going to come back with some Hellsing fanart , but I lost my inspiration for it before I even started. Maybe way in the future I will ressurect some Anderson and Alucard fanarts. Who knows. I've based almost all of my images on music , but this one seems to make me want to draw more , and this was the image I had in my mind. So much so that I ended up not sleeping last night and getting up randomly at 4 am and just starting it.
Done with one brush In PSCS2 , about 2 hours of randomly line strokes ended up with this. I don't know where this recent painting style has come from ( I think it's due that I look up to Ani-R's work so much that I'm sadly emulating some of the stuff she does in her drawings ) but , I dunno if I like it , but it's a fun way to draw. As stated before I really don't like polished work , so this seems to be right up my alley.

Hey folks! Who wants a poll? To ensure maximum privacy and (hopefully) more votes, text results and names are private (and I won't judge), and comments will be screened. I'm just trying to get some idea of the general situation people find thenselves in. Please answer - the quiz doesn't bite. :)
Poll #1225475 Feels Like The First Time...
Open to: All, detailed results viewable to: None Hello! Have you had sex? If yes, when was your first time? If not, what is the furthest you've gone with a member of your preferred sex (whichever it may be)? OK, thank you "yes"-ers! Folks who said no, age please? Again, "no"-ers: why are you (or why do you think you are) still a virgin? Explain here, if necessary. Would you tell someone you were dating that you were a virgin? ("Yes"-ers, hang on. Next question's for you!) "Yes"-ers! How would you feel if you were dating someone and they told you they were a virgin? Final question. All may answer. Is our society (that's Western culture) too obsessed with sexual experience?

How do you bake a cake full of win??
Add Hugh Laurie, Stephen Fry with a dash of John Cleese. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes. Best served fresh out of the oven.

Woke up early again and made it to work for 9am. In some ways it's a good thing, I'm prepping for school because I know it'll be torturous in September if I sleep in too much (although sometimes a few extra hours of sleep is necessary).
I'm filling out the application forms for the adult literacy program right now...so many questions! I'm pretty excited for it though, I'm not entirely sure what to expect, but so long as the person I'm paired up with is willing to learn, then I'm all for it.
Man on the bus today on my way home from work, he was sitting in front of me and I was looking out the window. I could see him looking at me in my peripheral vision...it was a little freaky. I then looked him in the eye, he looked like a tired Bill Cosby in a black & red baseball cap. I stared at him and he stopped, but he still looked around for a bit. The psych student in me classified him as a paranoid schizophrenic...ha, not that I remember what all the symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia are, but he definitely seemed a touch paranoid...regardless, it's strange when someone is staring at you so intently...very unnerving.
Eight hour days make me tired...strange how just adding on an extra hour changes everything in how your body adjusts to things...I'm feeling ambivalent about school starting again in September. On one hand I'm getting comfortable with monotonous work and free time for myself (hate the summer heat though, tomorrow will be brutal), and on the other hand, I'm looking forward to some academic challenges to get my brain working again and to see people I haven't seen in a while, even if my social skills aren't really up to par...one day I'm going to get better at talking to people, but I still refuse to be the fakeness that plagues the premise behind social networking.

From this week's popbitch "newsletter":
"Stephen Fry commands less to turn up and speak than you have to pay to get Kid Kreole and the Coconuts or Vernon Kay. But does cost more than Paul Ross."

Back from my vacation. Had a lot of fun, but it's great to be back. Like I promised, here are some Behind the Scenes information of my Affirmation story:
First, here is how my dream originally went:
Next, The trio's bios:
And Now, The things that were cut from the original:
That is all I have to post until I choose what I do first: the Prequel or the Sequel. I will post the information on those later on.
